Building Wellness and Community: The Wesley Wellness Journey with Kyle Davis

Kyle Davis, the founder and lead instructor at Wesley Wellness in Dallas, embarked on her wellness journey with a mission to maximize self-care activities under one roof, especially after experiencing the time constraints of motherhood. She shared, "I have always been passionate about movement and overall wellness, but it has always been hard to find the time to fit it all in." This desire for more flexible and convenient access to health and wellness modalities led her to create Wesley Wellness.

"[Wesley wellness] is a female-forward health and wellness club that combines movement, restoration, and social gathering to foster community and overall well-being”

Wesley Wellness stands out for its female-forward approach to health and wellness, offering a variety of fitness classes and amenities tailored to women's wellness. Kyle described Wesley Wellness as "a female-forward health and wellness club that combines movement, restoration, and social gathering to foster community and overall well-being." The club's offerings include pure strength training, heated endurance training, hip-hop dance cardio, as well as amenities like infrared sauna, lymphatic massage roller, and cold plunge.

Kyle envisions Wesley Wellness inspiring women to prioritize self-care and put themselves first. She emphasized, "Too often, we are taking care of others while leaving ourselves on the backburner." Wesley Wellness aims to change this narrative by celebrating and encouraging self-care and connection among its members.

The club's emphasis on combining movement, restorative modalities, and social gathering is key to achieving overall well-being. Kyle highlighted, "The combination of movement and restoration in a 'safe space' really allows our customers flexibility and the ability to maximize their access to all of the things that help make them great."

Community is our number one core value. We want our members and guests to feel seen and known."

Community plays a crucial role in the Wesley Wellness experience. Kyle emphasized, "Community is our number one core value. We want our members and guests to feel seen and known." Wesley Wellness provides a physically and emotionally safe space for everyone, from fitness first-timers to veteran athletes, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

Balancing her role at Wesley Wellness with her career in commercial real estate is challenging for Kyle. She shared, "It has been very challenging balancing my career as a commercial real estate and finance attorney with being an entrepreneur." However, she strives to achieve balance by being present and focused on one task at a time, maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Kyle's advice to other working mothers is to make time for themselves, no matter how small. She believes that prioritizing self-care is essential for a happier, healthier life. Looking ahead, Wesley Wellness plans to expand its slate of classes and continue hosting community-building events, with a focus on empowering women to prioritize their well-being.

What makes Wesley Wellness Club great is its team and its members. The club provides a safe place for individuals to come together, build relationships, and prioritize their health and well-being.
